This work of art, completed with oil paint on a canvas surface, is meant to depict Jesus Christ in the Resurrection, the figure being modeled after African royalty and superheroic mythology (hence the title "Our Brother,the Prince"). He is holding the world in his hands, but is presenting it to the viewer as to say "the world is yours; be responsible with this gift". In time, I plan to do more with this concept, perhaps making this version of Chirst a central point in a series all its own. As always, all comments are welcome- lemme know what you think.
